The honest version
I almost wrote this the easy way: pull up the top resumes online, borrow the formula, assemble something similar. Then I remembered a promise I made to myself.

Next.js, CSS Modules, Postgres, one repo. Every one of those was a choice I had to defend to myself, and a couple of them I nearly got wrong.
